Introduction
 The best thing we can do for our temples aka bodies is to nourish it with quality foods. One way to do this is to simply juice! Juicing allows the body to absorb vitamins and minerals easily. Here are some simple recipes you can plan for ahead of time and be on top of your juicing schedule. Planning ahead keeps you accountable and encourages you to use up those veggies you spent $$ on.  From top left to right:
 1. Liver/Gallbladder
 2. Skin, Eyes and antioxidant
 3. Kidneys and bladder
 4. Pancreas
 5. Cells, inflammation and water retention

Juice 1 Ingredients
 1 Lemon, peeled
 2 Grapefruits, peeled
 3-4 Celery stalks
 Ginger, about 1/2 thumb size
Juice 2 Ingredients
 3-5 Carrots
 2 Oranges, peeled
 1 Lemon, peeled
Juice 3 Ingredients
 1 Cucumber
 3 Celery stalks
 1 Lime, peeled
 2 Green Apples
Juice 4 Ingredients
 5 Celery stalks
 1 Lemon, peeled
 1 Lime, peeled
 2 Apples
Juice 5 Ingredients
 1/2 of a Watermelon, cut into pieces
 1/2 cup Fresh mint
Juice 6 Ingredients
 2 Apples
 1 Grapefruit or orange, peeled
 1 Lemon, peeled
 3 thumb-sized pieces of Ginger
Optional: Moringa
 Mix 1 tsp of Moringa powder with a table spoon of honey. Add to any of the juices and shake well!

To make juice 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6, push all ingredients for whichever juice you're doing into a juicer. It's that simple!

To make juice 5, simply put your watermelon pieces in a blender and blend well. Then, push the juice through a strainer to get out all the pulp. Add the mint to a large container and pour your strained watermelon juice over it.
