Introduction
What is jungle milk? It is a highly nutritious drink that brings veggies, leafy greens and coconut/almond milks together. The combination of the two offers many health benefits that feeds the cells and restores a sense of wellbeing. Can be used to address malnutrition issues, can be given as a nutrient dense beverage for the elderly, can be consumed during a bone broth fasting period.
Ingredients to be juiced
 1 bundle of celery
A bunch of parsley or cilantro
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger (optional)
 1 green organic apple
 4 carrots
 1 lemon
 2 cups spinach or kale
Ingredients for the Coconut Almond milk
 1 cup soaked almonds
1 can of coconut milk or the meat of a young coconut
 4 cups filtered water
 Pinch of salt to taste
 stevia drops to taste (3-5)
 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
1

Soak almonds overnight or pour boiling water over almonds and let them sit for 30 min. Peel the almonds. Skin should easily peel off.

In a high-speed blender, mix almonds, coconut meat, and water. If using the can of coconut milk, wait until after you process the almonds and strain them to add to the milk. Blend for 5-8 min or until the blender container is warm to the touch. Using a nut bag, strain the milk from the pulp.

Fuse the two:
After you have juiced your greens and made your almond coconut milk, add the two together in the blender and blend well. Taste. Add more stevia if you desire.
