 ½ Cauliflower head
 3 tbsp Grass-fed butter or Ghee
 1 tsp Dried Parsley
 2 Chives
 Garlic powder -to taste
 Onion powder- to taste
 ½ tsp Celtic salt- to taste
 ½ tbsp Non-GMO organic Mustard
 1 tbsp Avocado Mayo (no soy, no canola, no sugar)or vegenaise mayo
 ¼ cup Almond milk

Steam ½ head of Cauliflower, drain well. put in a food processor pulse until cauliflower starts to crumble. Add rest of ingredients. Pulse for a few minutes until you get desired consistency. Add more milk if you want smoother texture. DO NOT over process.
