 1 cup Mayonnaise (avocado oil mayonnaise or Vegenaise) see links
 1 Mashed avocado
 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
 2 tsp Dried parsley
 2 tsp Dried dill
 1 tsp Dried chives
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 ½ tsp Monk fruit sweetener OR 3 drops of stevia or to taste
 ½ tsp Celtic Salt
 ¼ tsp White pepper
 ¼ cup Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk -homemade is the best option.

In a bowl, mash up the avocado. Add the remaining ingredients. Use a whisk or fork to mix well. Now, we want to "marry" the flavors. Taste and see how you can make it taste even better. You can add smoked paprika as an option to make it a Southwest Ranch. 🙂
