For plant based, replace kiefer and sour cream with unsweetened coconut kiefer and unsweetened coconut yogurt
Ingredients
 ½ cup Kiefer (unsweetened, organic)
 ½ cup Sour cream
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 1-2 tbsp Water
 ½ Cucumber, peeled and minced
 ¼ tsp Onion powder
 1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
 1/2-1 tsp Dried dill
 1/2-1 tsp Salt
For Plant-Based:
 Replace kiefer with unsweetened coconut kiefer
 Replace sour cream with unsweetened coconut yogurt

In a small bowl, stir together the keifer, sour cream, and lemon juice. Add the water, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

Add the cucumber, garlic, onion powder, dill, and salt. Taste the sauce and adjust seasonings as needed.
