Ingredients
3 cups Organic, fine shredded mozzarella cheese (can sub 1 cup for parmesan)
4 oz Organic cream cheese
2 Eggs
2 ¼ cups Refined, blanched almond flour
¼ cup Coconut flour
¼ cup Organic unsweetened plain kefir
1 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

In a double boiler, melt cream cheese and mozzarella, stirring occasionally.

Dump melted cheese mixture along with the rest of the ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until a dough forms or until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Roll dough into balls of desired size, and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
