 Use for lower back pain, leg and feet pain, headaches, as a natural blood thinner, and for heart health. Do not use if you are on blood thinner medication.
Ingredients
 1 cup Distilled water or spring water, or more as needed
 1 tbsp Hot paprika
 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
  cup Bio flavonoid- the white of (orange, lemon, and grapefruit) peel (high in pectin-) helps remove toxins in colon
 1 tbsp Turmeric or small piece of turmeric root
 1 Small pineapple cut in large chunks
 Raw unfiltered honey to taste (about 1tbsp)
 1 Garlic clove (optional)
 Small piece of fresh ginger (optional)
Directions

In a blender, add all ingredients (no need to peel ginger or turmeric) and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Add more water if mixture is not blending well. Taste and add in more honey as needed.

You can make this stronger if you want by adding more paprika or cayenne pepper or depending on what your body needs. Basically, you can make it stronger depending on pain level.

It will be hot- a small glass of coconut water or plant based milk as a chaser will help with this.

Additionally:
Adding a B1 supplement will bring more relief if you have feet problems/leg pain. Add MSM to restore soft tissue and cartilage, bring down inflammation, and increase blood flow, bringing more oxygen to damaged areas.

Take 1tsp - 1 tbsp as needed.
*I recommend starting with 1/2 tsp every 15-20 min for pain management. Increase dosage as you get used to the heat. 🙂
