Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1 cup almond milk
1 can Thai coconut milk
4-6 dates
3-6 tbsp 100% maple syrup (control how sweet you want it)
1 tsp cinnamon or to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp nutmeg or to taste
Dash of cloves
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Boil some water and pour enough over the cashews to cover them. Soak for 30 minutes or overnight.

In a high-speed blender blend the cashews and the water until blender is warm to the touch, about 3-5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for another 3-5 minutes or until dates are completely blended in.

Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more of your favorite spices mentioned in the ingredients. Leave out any spice you do not care for before blending.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
