Ingredients
1/8 to 1/4 cup hemp seeds (raw organic)
1/8 tsp Irish Sea moss powder
1/4 tsp Moringa leaf powder (get ours, it’s tested for quality and organically grown in rich soil)
1-3 pitted dates (to baby's taste)
1 cup water
1 cup coconut water (or regular water is fine too! )
Optional for a creamier milk – A quarter of a RIPE banana

Soak hemp seeds for at least 3 hours or overnight in 1 cup of water.

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 3-5 minutes or until well blended. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheese cloth. This makes the milk smoother and similar to the consistency of a mother's milk.

Some babies will take the milk room temp, but some needed warmer. If so, just place the bottle in hot water for a few minutes.
To make a thinner milk, just add more coconut water.
Extra tip: To make this into a smoothie, simply add your baby’s favorite ripe fruit (except strawberries before the age of 1).
